"I was impressed with the knowledge of the technician. He did very thorough inspection of my ac unit and gave useful recommendations. He really took his time to inspect everything. His service I would rate as a “A +”. The only other thing I would mention - the company is trying to sell packages and each service if needed is very expensive. It goes by tier: tier 1 - any services listed there under - each will be 199$. Tier 2, Tier 3, etc. the higher the tier - more expensive it gets. The maintenance of the ac unit was reasonable and cost me 105.$ with tax included."

"Ross One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning did a fantastic job. Got both furnace and AC replaced as they reached the end of their useful lives. The entire crew that did the service was amazing and friendly. Answered all of my questions, left the space better than they found it and everything is running great!
